Why Request a Criminal Records Search

We just don't know our neighbors anymore. Just a couple of decades ago you knew just about everyone on the block. Today we are so busy and so are our neighbors that we just don't take the time to really get to know anyone.

We all hear the horror stories about a baby sitter or nanny and even professional licensed people we invite into our homes like nurses aids and even contractors for home repairs.

It's not surprising that today more than ever people are using criminal records everyday to investigate the potential dangers of people we may encounter on a daily basis. For just a few dollars we can easily do Background checks for nannies, doctors, dentists, lawyers, landscapers, & contractors.

You can even obtain a nursing home employee background checks report which can help you screen potential people you may have take care of loved ones.

Welcome to my PI Industry blog!

It's been a long time coming but I finally decided to create my own blog so people can know the truth about this industry. Locating hard to find people is what I what I do everyday.

My name is Patrick Baird and I have over 20 years experience in the people search industry. As a Licensed Private Investigator in Texas I've gained the experience anyone would expect after two decades in the business.

This will become the official blog where I share my thoughts about the business, and once or twice a week I'll write an article in hopes that it helps people learn and understand about private investigators, public records, and the people search business.

If you want to get to know me and the inner workings and insights in to the world of private investigations, then this is the place to be.

So once again, welcome and please check back on a regular basis for new information, ideas, tips and secrets that you can use when you need to track down a debtor, look into the background of a nanny or a potential contractor, or just to do a look up on an old friend.
